In the previous episode, “It Was All Worth It” the story continued with Sung Jinwoo collecting the soul of Baran, the King of Demons. This was the last piece to the Elixir of Life, an item Jinwoo hoped would wake up his mom from her Eternal Sleep.

Despite his doubts about the elixir, Jinwoo kept going because he wanted to save his mom. He also extracted the shadow of Baran’s dragon and named it Kaisal, another powerful shadow to add to his collection.

As the episode went on Esil who just came back celebrated her revival and was thinking of having a party. Jinwoo got a new skill called Shadow Exchange which allows him to swap places with any of his shadows. This skill is a game changer, he can now teleport back to the human world in an instant.

When Jinwoo got to the hospital, he gave the Elixir of Life to his mom who had been in a coma for a long time. At first, there was no response and doubts crept in. But just as he was about to lose hope, his mom opened her eyes and smiled at him. This emotional reunion made Jinwoo cry and this was a big turning point for him.

The episode ended with Jinwoo receiving a call from Jinchul and he told him that the recruitment for the Hunters for the Jeju Island raid had started. He went to Gunhee to talk about his participation and he could feel the heavy mana coming from the nearby S-rank Hunters who were preparing for the raid. The atmosphere was tense as Jinwoo was about to face the challenges.

What to Expect in Solo Leveling Season 2 Episode 10

Titled “We Need A Hero,” Episode 10 is gonna be a intense showdown between Korea and Japan Hunters and setting the stage for a big battle. It’s gonna dive into the dynamics between the two factions and show their strengths, strategies and rivalries.
