In the latest episode of Reacher the stakes are higher than ever as Jack Reacher is on the run after his cover is blown. The series is three seasons in and it’s doing a great job of building tension and showing Reacher can get out of danger without just using brute force. This episode is titled “Smoke on the Water” and it’s action, character and emotional. It’s a highlight of the series.

Big news! Netflix has dropped the trailer for the fifth and final season of You and it’s Joe Goldberg time again! Penn Badgley is back as the enigmatic Joe and the trailer shows him returning to New York City where he’s a notorious figure that the city never forgets.

The long awaited film “Galatea” has dropped a poster and it’s looking great! This sci-fi drama is set in a near future South Korea where human-like AIs coexist with humans, and explores the complexities and ethics of such a society.

Good news for Kdrama fans! Choi Woo-shik who starred in the Oscar winning film Parasite is now the lead in a new Netflix series that’s getting so popular. Netflix has a wide range of international content but their Korean content has been doing so well globally. In fact Squid Game season 1 is the most watched season of any show on the platform across all languages and season 2 is 3rd only behind Wednesday season 1. Other popular Korean shows are All of Us Are Dead and Hellbound.

Season 3 of Reacher based on Lee Child’s 2003 novel Persuader dropped on Prime Video on February 20, 2025 and is already hooked us with its action, suspense and intricate storytelling. Episode 3 titled “Number 2 with a Bullet” is a turning point in the story and gets Jack Reacher deeper into Zachary Beck’s criminal empire.

Jack Reacher, the tough ex military guy, finds himself in a different kind of fight in Season 3, Episode 3. Instead of facing off against soldiers or mercenaries he’s facing off against bullies. A scenario that really speaks to his own childhood experiences. The episode starts with Reacher working undercover as a security guard for Zachary Beck and he’s been tasked with taking Beck’s son Richard into town.

Fans are super hyped for Tom Holland to swing back into the Marvel universe as Spider-Man—and guess what? There’s an update on Spider-Man 4! Sony just shared that the movie’s release date is getting a tiny tweak. Instead of July 24, 2026, it’ll now hit theaters on July 31, 2026. Don’t worry, it’s only a week later!

As we enter 2025 the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is in a bit of a bind with the “Multiverse Saga” approaching its big finale. After some underwhelming box office and mixed reviews for their Disney+ shows, Marvel Studios needs to get us hyped for Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. Following a quieter 2024, which featured one great film and several TV series, Marvel is making a strong comeback in 2025 with three big ensemble movies and two major shows, starting with Captain America: Brave New World.
